In this role you will lead the company’s financial strategy, reporting, and operations, partnering with the CEO and leadership team to drive growth and ensure financial integrity. You will oversee accounting, FP&A, treasury, and risk management, while guiding capital planning and ERP modernization. This position focuses on scaling finance in a high-growth environment and shaping long-term value creation. You will build a high-performing finance team and present insights to executives, the board, and investors. This is a high-impact role at a national accounting-advisory context with broad strategic influence.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Oversee accounting, FP&A, treasury, and risk management functions
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with GAAP
- Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and capital strategy
- Lead ERP implementation and financial systems optimization
- Present financial insights to executive leadership, board, and investors
- Build and develop a high-performing finance team
Key requirements
- Bachelor in Finance or Accounting (CPA or MBA preferred)
- 10+ years of finance leadership experience
- Experience in manufacturing, CPG, or high-growth environments preferred
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, controls, and ERP systems
- Proven leadership and executive communication skills
