As CFO, you will oversee all financial management for a non-profit, guiding accounting, reporting, budgeting, and internal controls. You will drive financial strategy, ensure compliance, and support grant administration and audits. You’ll lead a finance team and partner with leadership to optimize resources and sustain mission impact. Responsibilities

Manage accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, payroll) ensuring GAAP and regulatory compliance
Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and analyses
Establish and maintain robust internal control policies and procedures
Coordinate audits and regulatory reviews with external auditors
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decisions and resource allocation
Oversee grants and contracts administration and reporting obligations
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals
