In this role you will oversee the financial health and growth of all TDSI entities, leading multi-year planning and reporting across business lines. You will work with the executive team to align strategy, budgeting, and risk management with the company’s mission in defense technology. You will drive financial performance, governance, and acquisitions in a complex, hybrid work environment. This position offers the opportunity to shape financial strategy for a multi-unit defense business with a global footprint. You will engage with boards and leadership to enable sustainable growth and value creation.

Responsibilities

Develop and reinforce core values and ethics across TDSI
Build strong relationships with executive leadership and the Board
Lead strategic planning, budgeting, and financial forecasting activities
Monitor program financial health and mitigate risks across business lines
Present monthly and quarterly financial performance and cash flow by division
Oversee multi-year budget processes and forecasts with operations
Manage profit and cash flow planning for multiple entities
Identify process improvements and growth opportunities, including acquisitions
Present financial results to boards and senior stakeholders
Coordinate annual audits and internal audit activities
Supervise and mentor finance teams and drive talent development

Key requirements

U.S. Citizenship
Bachelor degree; Master’s preferred
15+ years in finance within a U.S. Federal Government contractor environment
ERP/financial system experience (G/L, A/P, AR); SAP S/4HANA highly preferred
Strong knowledge of GAAP, FAR, CAS and international accounting standards
Experience with long-range budgeting, forecasting, and product-line profitability
M&A evaluation and due diligence experience
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Willingness to travel up to 20%
