As Chief Financial Officer, you will lead financial strategy and operations for a nonprofit health center. You will partner with senior leadership to drive planning, reporting, and financial controls that enable mission-critical care. You’ll oversee treasury, tax, audit, and investor relations activities, shaping sustainable growth. This role offers a meaningful impact in delivering quality health services to underserved communities.

Responsibilities

Oversee monthly closing and financial reporting
Manage treasury, budgeting, and cash flow
Coordinate tax filings and regulatory reporting
Design and maintain internal controls and data integrity
Lead accounting division and staff, including controllers and grants accountants
Oversee cost accounting, forecasting, and performance analysis
Contribute to pricing strategies across customer segments
Support investor relations and capital market activities
Prepare contracts and ensure consistent cross-functional financial processes

Key requirements

Knowledge of Management and Accounting Information Systems and public accounting
Experience with benefits administration and HR issues
Strong general operations background
Knowledge of public company and SEC reporting
Minimum 5 years in a senior financial role or related experience
