Responsibilities
- Oversee financial strategy, reporting, and performance for a CAH rural hospital
- Collaborate closely with CEO and Board of Directors on financial decisions
- Ensure regulatory compliance and governance aligned with rural health and CAH requirements
- Lead financial operations, budgeting, and risk management to support mission
- Provide trusted financial leadership to physicians and hospital leadership
Key requirements
- Master in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related
- 10+ years in rural health finance/accounting
- CFO-level hospital experience in CAH facility (must)
- strong rural health background and CAH knowledge
- leadership skills and physician relations experience
