As CEO, you will steer strategy, operations, and product direction to scale a global SaaS business. You’ll own profitability, drive M&A activity, and build a high-impact leadership team to accelerate growth. You’ll partner with the board to maximize shareholder value and guide enterprise-facing initiatives with Fortune 500/Global 2000 clients. This role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Set and execute company strategy to enable global growth and profitability
  • Oversee operations, product direction, and go-to-market execution
  • Lead M&A initiatives, including due diligence, negotiations, and integration
  • Build and mentor a high-performing executive team across Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, CS, Finance, and Operations
  • Partner with the Board and manage shareholder value and long-term planning

Key requirements

  • 20+ years in CEO, President, GM, or senior operating role with full P&L ownership
  • Proven track record scaling a $15M–$30M+ global SaaS or enterprise software company
  • Recent hands-on M&A experience (due diligence, negotiations, post-acquisition integration)
  • Strong enterprise software/SaaS background, ideally MarTech, channel marketing, or marketing automation
  • Experience serving Fortune 500/Global 2000 customers and leading enterprise growth strategies
  • Experience building and leading executive teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations
  • Strong financial leadership with forecasting, budgeting, EBITDA improvement, and strategic planning
  • Experience partnering with Boards of Directors and driving shareholder value
