As CEO, you will guide HFP through a phase of impact and growth, upholding its mission to advance equitable, integrated health and human services. You’ll lead a diverse, multi-program organization, expanding partnerships and funding while strengthening staff culture. You will shape strategy to adapt to changing policy and funding landscapes and ensure financial sustainability. This role offers the opportunity to elevate HFP as a regional thought leader and catalyst for healthier communities.

Responsibilities
- Arts strategic leadership and vision to align programs and resources with priorities
- Lead a decentralized, multi-program organization and foster cross-divisional collaboration
- Develop leadership capacity through coaching, succession planning, and staff development
- Strengthen internal systems and governance to support mission delivery and excellence
- Cultivate an employee-centered culture based on trust, transparency, and accountability
- Advance partnerships and public advocacy to promote health equity and policy impact
- Diversify and steward finances through development, grants, and contracts; ensure sustainability and prudent resource use
- Use data and evidence to guide decisions and demonstrate impact
- Oversee risk management, compliance, and operational effectiveness
Key requirements
- Experience leading a complex nonprofit with diverse funding streams
- Track record in advancing public health, health equity, or community well-being
- Ability to navigate public policy, funding uncertainty, and stakeholder management
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Financial acumen and experience with organizational sustainability
