Responsibilities

Oversee daily hospital operations and strategic direction across patient care and clinical support services
Collaborate with leaders and staff to deliver quality patient care cost-effectively
Plan long- and short-term objectives to meet financial and non-financial goals
Ensure alignment of people, processes, and strategies to achieve business objectives
Attract, train, develop, and retain talent to meet business needs
Drive revenue growth through new business strategies and performance improvements
Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policies
Communicate key information to stakeholders

Key requirements

Master's degree in Nursing, Health Administration, or Business (related field)
Minimum five years of progressive healthcare administration experience
Proven ability to lead at all management levels

Proficiency in computer operations including word processing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
