Responsibilities

Oversee daily hospital operations and strategic direction across clinical and support services
Collaborate with leaders to ensure high-quality patient care in a cost-effective manner
Plan and direct short- and long-range objectives to achieve financial and non-financial goals
Drive synergy between people, processes, and strategies to meet business objectives
Attract, train, develop, and retain talent to meet business needs
Drive revenue growth through new business strategies to improve performance
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies
Communicate key information to stakeholders

Key requirements

Master's degree in Nursing, Health Administration, Business or related field
Minimum of five (5) years of progressive responsibility in Healthcare Administration
Proven ability to lead at all levels of management
Demonstrates community commitment
Proficiency in computer operations including word processing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
