Responsibilities
- Provide strategic planning, directing and coordinating overall hospital operations
- Lead the achievement of strategic objectives and quality, economical health care services
- Develop and enforce organization-wide policies and procedures
- Lead short- and long-range planning to ensure quality and financial health
- Develop and manage hospital budgets and allocate funds per guidance
- Supervise Administrators in designated area hospitals
- Perform other duties as assigned
Key requirements
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, finance, or clinical specialty
- Master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or clinical specialty preferred
- Five (5) years of healthcare administration/hospital management experience, with two (2) years at CEO level
- Five (5) years of management experience over facilities operations, HR, and finance
- Graduate level education may substitute for required experience
- Multi-site healthcare management experience preferred
