In this role you will lead Convene Health’s strategy, growth, and culture as the CEO. You will build a scalable operating model for RCM and IT services, drive performance in a 100% virtual environment, and nurture trusted executive relationships with clients and partners. You will balance hands-on startup discipline with enterprise leadership to scale the organization, workforce, and brand. You’ll be the external face to health system executives and the internal integrator aligning strategy, delivery, and governance.

Key requirements

Senior executive experience leading healthcare operations, managed care/service organizations, early growth companies, or healthcare services lines with multi-site scope
Experience operating within or alongside large health systems is strongly preferred
Previous P&L ownership
