As CEO you will lead the new inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Denton, guiding clinical and financial performance and aligning with the boards. You will shape strategy, drive operational controls, and cultivate a high-performance leadership team to deliver exceptional patient care. The role sits within Lifepoint Rehabilitation and Texas Health Resources’ collaboration, aimed at expanding access to rehabilitation services in Dallas–Fort Worth. You will work cross-functionally to ensure regulatory compliance and strong partner relationships, while pursuing growth and excellence.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day leadership to achieve clinical and financial goals
Design and implement a strategic plan focused on clinical excellence, financial performance, and market development
Establish operational controls, reporting systems, and compliance with regulations and accreditations
Oversee financial performance and corrective actions as needed
Attract, develop, and retain a high-performance management team including physicians
Manage contracts and relationships with providers and practitioners as needed
Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, CARF, state/federal regulations, and hospital policies
Perform other duties as assigned

Key requirements

5 years of healthcare management experience, preferably as hospital/healthcare facility CEO/COO
Rehabilitation hospital experience preferred
Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred (Business, Healthcare Operations/Management or clinical discipline)
Knowledge of for-profit and non-profit hospital operations; familiarity with contracts and provider relations
