Responsibilities

Create and uphold an environment aligned with the organization's mission, vision, and values
Oversee operations of clinical and non-clinical departments to improve patient care outcomes
Ensure quality metrics meet accreditation and regulatory standards
Determine staffing needs and manage hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation for SUD program staff
Develop comprehensive care and treatment programs
Build relationships with local industry, government, healthcare providers, and community
Oversee month-end financial and operational reporting and contribute to strategic planning
Communicate operational circumstances to leadership and drive budgeted financial results
Drive census growth, revenue enhancement, and cost controls

Key requirements

Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred
Experience as a behavioral executive (Executive/Director of an Acute care Psychiatric facility)
Working knowledge of behavioral health management and clinical operations
Advanced knowledge of state/federal regulatory and accreditation requirements in behavioral health
Experience in operations, financial management, and marketing
Ability to travel at least 10%
