Experteer Overview

As Chief Commercial Officer you will own Fastned’s European commercial performance, unifying network positioning, pricing, brand, fleet and business customer propositions, and policy engagement. You’ll lead four domains through a single, aligned commercial strategy to drive momentum and growth. The role sits on the Management Board, guiding the transition toward a scalable, leader in EV charging. You’ll shape investments, partnerships and market expansion to deliver impactful revenues.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full commercial logic of the business across Europe
  • Define network positioning, pricing and brand presence
  • Develop and lead propositions for fleet operators and business customers
  • Align Network Development, Growth, Marketing & Communications, and Public Affairs into a cohesive strategy
  • Drive cross-functional execution and accountability to achieve 1 million revenue per station by 2030
  • Operate with senior leadership in the boardroom and with external stakeholders

Key requirements

  • Executive with track record building and scaling commercial organisations across multiple European markets in a listed scale-up or high-growth environment
  • Led at the top level, built winning propositions and sustained performance
  • Genuine people leader who inspires, challenges, and develops teams
  • Comfort with outside perspectives and cross-industry learning
  • Ability to connect strategy to execution and drive cross-functional followership across markets, customers, partners, investors, and public affairs
  • Affinity with Fastned’s mission and the energy transition
