Chief Audit Officer

As Mercury’s first Chief Audit Officer, you will define and lead an enterprise-wide, risk-based internal audit program that scales with the business. You’ll partner with the Board and Audit Committee to provide objective assurance on risk management, controls, and governance for financial, operational, and technical resilience. You will move the audit function from manual checklists to real-time, data-driven monitoring, shaping a culture of audit readiness. You’ll balance rapid fintech innovation with regulatory and partner expectations, driving improvement and continuity. This is a strategic role at a fast-growing fintech, offering impact across technology, product, and risk domains.
