Responsibilities
- Follow SOPs and industry standards for formula mixing, sample preparation, and testing
- Precisely measure and mix formulation ingredients per the formulation log
- Prepare test specimens for various tests
- Maintain a collaborative and inclusive work environment
- Uphold safety standards and PPE usage
- Document and report experimental details accurately
- Observe experimental details and external factors diligently
- Plan and execute experiments independently after discussing objectives with supervisor
- Interpret data and make recommendations for future work
Key requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a scientific or technical field
- 0-1 years of laboratory experience
- Experience with coatings formulation is desired
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
