In this role you drive growth by educating project owners, engineers, and contractors on Alfa Laval hydronic products and applications. You will build and sustain relationships to increase specifications and sales through channel partners, while shaping sales plans and educating the market. You work cross‑functionally to optimize offers, manage the pipeline, and support field activities. This position offers hybrid work in the USA with significant travel and a focus on impactful, mission‑driven solutions.

Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with local engineers, owners, and contractors to promote Alfa Laval hydronic products
- Deliver technical and commercial education through presentations and meetings
- Participate in networking events, associations, and trade shows
- Lead optimized, competitive technical-commercial offers in collaboration with internal teams
- Manage and communicate project pipeline in the CRM and share project status with the team
- Enter customer info, activities, and quotations into CRM; track opportunities and close deals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, operations, and customer service
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Support distribution channels and train design professionals on product applications
- Occasionally visit job sites to assist customers and service teams
Key requirements
- Engineering or Business degree (Mechanical, Process or related field)
- 5+ years of technical sales experience in Energy (Hydronics/HVAC)
- Strong knowledge of Plate heat exchanger products and markets
- Experience working with reps, engineers, and contractors in complex project environments
- Excellent communication skills and ability to analyze data for informed judgment
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset, curious and eager to learn
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and site support (~70%)
