Responsibilities
- Develop sales plans with channel partners to achieve revenue goals
- Co-create annual/quarterly business plans with partners and conduct quarterly reviews (P&L, BS and market data)
- Review territory KPIs and financial performance weekly, monthly and quarterly (revenue, gross profit, units)
- Manage 30/60/90/120-day forecasting by partner and product; compare forecast to actuals
- Review supply and demand forecast with SCM manager and ensure data accuracy
- Update Sales activity reports (CRM, visits, events, pipeline, forecast)
- Identify market opportunities and design territory coverage plans to increase partner coverage
- Build and maintain relationships with partner stakeholders (executive, sales, marketing, procurement, technical support, finance)
- Leverage Inside Sales resources to support targeted partners
- Drive and track sales pipeline; forecast quarterly territory sales by product and partner
- Plan and deliver partner trainings; ensure technical certification to Fujifilm standards
- Execute quarterly marketing tactics and demand generation with targeted partners
- Communicate product launches, pricing changes, and distribution processes to partners; report performance and needs to management
- Participate in onsite partner meetings and events to drive collaboration and results
- Measure success through revenue, GP, sold units, and brand impact
Key requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in Printing device/Office Products and related Software with Copier Dealers
- Proven ability to manage sales pipeline and forecast product sales
- Knowledge of market conditions in targeted segments
- Experience with forecasting, pipelines, CRM and ERP systems
- Experience with solution selling and business development
- Strong financial skills including P&L and balance sheet understanding
- Ability to influence and align remote teams
- Resolve channel conflict in collaboration with management
- Excellent time management and long-range planning
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Understanding of company resources and how to deploy them in campaigns
- Outstanding organizational, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Salesforce CRM
- Ability to travel ~50%
- Desired: BA/BS or equivalent sales experience; advanced degree in business management, operations or marketing
