Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate end-to-end solution delivery for bids in line with customer needs and Atos capabilities
Define and manage the solution team; clarify assumptions and validate data with the customer
Prepare a cost model and ensure bid delivers against business and technological requirements
Convey the big-picture view, including workforce re-utilization and transition to operations
Support bid operations and approval processes; drive risk mitigation and controlled bid closure
Negotiate with customers at senior levels and articulate value of the proposed solution
Collaborate with international teams and travel as needed
Contribute to post-sale handover and operational readiness

Key requirements

10-15 years of experience in solution management, presales, or related roles in digital applications, platforms, and cloud transformation
Experience in complex solution sales and architectural environments (Digital Applications, Smart Platforms, SAP, ServiceNow, Cloud)
Proven ability to manage opportunities above €30M end-to-end as Solution Manager
Strong presentation, customer interaction, and negotiation skills (operational to CxO level)
Experience working with international teams and willingness to travel
Dutch language skills preferred (C1)
Familiar with Atos ecosystem and large-scale bid processes
