As a 3D Art Director at INDG, you steer visual direction across CGI outputs, digital twins, and interactive content, ensuring brand fidelity and production viability. This role hooks you into shaping end-to-end visual ecosystems, not just single campaign images.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive visual direction for stills, animations, and interactive content from briefs to style proposals
- Direct scenes, renders, and visual systems focusing on lighting, materials, realism, and camera behavior
- Balance craft with scalable production by aligning with producers, PMs, and pipeline teams to meet timelines and constraints
- Lead quality control and client alignment through specific, actionable feedback and cross-team collaboration
Key requirements
- 5+ years in art direction within CGI, product visualization, digital production, or agency settings
- Strong CGI art direction background with knowledge of 3D pipelines, lighting, materials, cameras, rendering, animation, and post-production
- Portfolio or reel demonstrating product storytelling, composition, realism, and decisive visual judgments
- Experience working with brands, producers, creative teams, CGI artists, and technical collaborators
- Ability to lead creative work under delivery pressure without compromising visual quality
