Responsibilities

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning to support company growth
Oversee cash flow management, banking relationships, and working capital
Direct financial reporting, audits, and GAAP/compliance
Partner with operations to optimize costs and improve margins
Evaluate capital investments, systems, and new initiatives
Maintain internal controls and risk management practices
Serve as trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team

Key requirements

10+ years of progressive finance leadership, including senior management or CFO experience
Manufacturing or distribution industry experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
Expertise in cost accounting, financial modeling, and operational finance
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience in treasury management, cash flow planning, and banking relationships
Experience in financial reporting, audits, and regulatory compliance
Proficiency in cost accounting and inventory management within manufacturing/supply chain environments
Ability to lead capital planning and evaluate investment opportunities
Strong interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders and teams
