You lead a PE-backed consumer brand in the health and personal care space, steering multi-channel growth and a high-performing team. You drive go-to-market strategy, eCommerce expansion (DTC and Amazon), and cross-functional alignment to scale revenue and value. You collaborate with PE stakeholders to create growth value and broaden market presence. This is a hands-on, strategic leadership role with a focus on rapid, sustainable expansion and brand strength.

Responsibilities

Define and execute growth strategies across multiple channels (DTC, Amazon).
Lead and scale a high-performing team focused on customer acquisition, retention, and operational excellence.
Develop and manage strategic partnerships and key customer relationships to expand market presence.
Oversee eCommerce strategy and digital initiatives to drive revenue growth.
Align cross-functional teams on go-to-market execution and operational priorities.
Optimize vendor relationships and diversify channels.
Drive forecasting, performance metrics, and accountability across the organization.
Collaborate with private equity stakeholders on growth strategies and value creation.
Identify new market opportunities and lead geographic expansion initiatives.
Represent the company externally to strengthen brand awareness and business footprint.

Key requirements

commerc ially oriented executive with proven CEO or senior leadership experience in sales-driven consumer products
strong track record in B2B and digital/eCommerce sales (DTC and Amazon)
history of revenue growth and building scalable sales organizations
exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
ability to align cross-functional teams and inspire high-performing organizations
strong financial acumen, P&L management, and experience working with private equity
