In this role you drive the nCounter platform sales within your territory, shaping strategic direction and accelerating revenue growth. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Field Application teams to convert opportunities into instrument sales and related discovery projects. The position combines direct and indirect selling across capital equipment and Beacon discovery programs, with a focus on expanding customer relationships in genomics and cellular analysis. Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction and tactical focus for the nCounter Platform within the assigned territory to meet revenue goals
  • Identify and establish relationships with new customer accounts for sale of nCounter capital equipment and Beacon discovery projects (capex)
  • Drive instrument sales using direct and indirect selling methods
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Field Application teams to ensure successful territory performance
  • Aim to surpass quarterly and annual revenue targets

Key requirements

  • Highly self-motivated and driven to contribute to company growth
  • Strong understanding of genomics products within the life sciences market (Single Cell Analysis)
  • Experience or knowledge in CAR-T, therapeutic antibody discovery, vaccine development, cell line development, and cell therapy
  • Solid working knowledge of the field sales process
  • Transcriptomic experience; proteomic experience is a plus
  • Ability to travel ~50% of the time (territory dependent)
