In this role, you will lead the gaming accessory category for the NAM region, partnering with sales, global teams, and supply chain to hit revenue, margin, profitability, and market-share goals. You’ll own product lifecycle, pricing, demand planning, and go-to-market activities, shaping assortments and strategic direction with retailers and channel partners. You’ll drive in-market positioning, lifecycle management, and cross-functional alignment to fuel growth. This is a hands-on, global-collaborative role at Logitech with a clear impact on product strategy and business results.

Responsibilities

Serve as product and category expert to secure and expand retailer assortments
Oversee product line management for operational efficiency and adaptability
Develop and implement pricing and promotional strategies to drive growth
Manage category P&L and achieve KPIs (pricing, promotions, margin)
Align with internal Business Groups for optimal NAM positioning
Manage demand forecasting and inventory with sales operations and planning teams
Conduct market analysis and competitive reviews to identify opportunities and risks
Execute Product Life Cycle Management including NPI planning, price modeling, forecasting, inventory, and end-of-life management with cross-functional teams

Key requirements

Exceptional quantitative skills to translate data into actionable plans
Strong P&L/portfolio management and business analysis capabilities
Demonstrated ability to champion products and strategies internally and externally
Deep understanding of retail partners and consumer electronics channel strategy
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaborative relationship-building skills
Fluency in English (verbal and written)
Superior presentation skills to influence strategy
Ability to work autonomously and with diverse teams
Self-management and proactive demeanor
Proven relevant industry experience in consumer technology
