As Category Portfolio Manager for the Gaming Accessory portfolio in North America, you will drive the end-to-end product lifecycle and business results. You’ll partner with sales, global teams, and supply chain to grow revenue, margin, and market share, acting as the in-market category expert. You’ll shape product/price positioning, demand planning, inventory optimization, and go-to-market efforts while managing the P&L and lifecycle from NPI to end-of-life. This role offers regional impact, cross-functional collaboration, and the opportunity to influence growth in a dynamic gaming and consumer electronics landscape.

Responsibilities

Act as product and category expert to secure and expand retailer assortments
Oversee product line management for operational efficiency and market adaptability
Develop and execute pricing and promotional strategies to drive growth
Manage category P&L and achieve KPIs (pricing, promotions, gross margin)
Align with internal teams to optimize product positioning for NAM region
Lead demand forecasting and inventory in collaboration with sales operations and planning
Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify opportunities and risks
Execute Product Lifecycle Management including NPI planning, price modeling, forecasting, product setup, inventory management, and end-of-life planning

Key requirements

Exceptional quantitative skills to translate data into actionable plans
Strong P&L / portfolio management and business analysis
Ability to champion products and strategies internally and externally
In-depth understanding of retail partners and channel strategy in consumer electronics
Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building
Fluency in English (verbal and written)
Superior presentation skills to influence strategy
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with diverse teams
Proven relevant industry experience in consumer technology
