In this role, you will serve as the primary day-to-day contact for designated clients, coordinating ongoing needs and delivering client-focused solutions. You will partner with senior colleagues and client teams to strengthen relationships, identify opportunities, and oversee projects from start to finish. You’ll conduct research, prepare analyses and benchmarking, and support meetings and proposals. This hybrid position offers collaboration across cross-functional teams and opportunities to impact client outcomes in the reinsurance space.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main day-to-day client contact and coordinate account activities from a global perspective
  • Manage client projects end-to-end, including action planning, tracking progress, and supervising juniors when needed
  • Research client businesses and prepare premium/claim analyses and benchmarking studies
  • Support core account management tasks with internal stakeholders, meeting logistics, and information gathering
  • Lead or participate in meetings to provide consulting advice and escalate issues as appropriate
  • Refine data analyses for client presentations and oversee essential project documentation
  • Represent the company at industry events to build networks and stay market-aware
  • Maintain fluency in products, processes, and operations to enhance client support

Key requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in reinsurance accounting and claims
  • Experience in client-facing professional services and maintaining day-to-day client relationships
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to drive multiple initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills including research, benchmarking, and data analysis
