You act as a bridge to corporate partners, championing the company’s vision while ensuring regulatory and safety compliance. You will shape and coordinate technical activities, client relationships, and business growth initiatives. Responsibilities

Lead and train the team; schedule and oversee personnel
Ensure top quality, efficiency, and compliance in laboratory operations
Manage coverage, performance, and morale
Oversee technical conduct, quality control, and record-keeping of analyses
Coordinate cross-location activities to meet customer expectations
Oversee budgeting, capital expenditure decisions, and cost control
Represent the laboratory in technical meetings and collaborate with Sales/Marketing on major studies
Drive business development and participate in proposal generation and negotiations
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental programs
Conduct performance reviews and handle employee relations with HR
Maintain relationships with clients and industry stakeholders
Propose and approve major investments and monitor monthly indicators
Ensure adherence to quality systems and documentation processes
Perform duties safely and efficiently
Other duties as assigned

Key requirements

At least 10 years of supervisory experience
Minimum 5 years in lab operations or large multi-department leadership with P&L responsibility (>$5M net sales)
Strong familiarity with EPA, DOT, OSHA, and DOL regulations
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong customer relations and negotiation skills
Profit/loss responsibility and budget management abilities
Decision-making, problem-solving, and delegation capabilities
Professional English proficiency
