You will lead cross-functional initiatives from requirements through implementation, assess tools for performance and cost, and champion change management to drive adoption. Responsibilities

Understand ResMed's business models and strategic direction to implement improvements
Lead discussions on business processes and initiatives
Define and document processes and data flows; configure system settings
Act as systems expert for Order Management and Warehouse Management and support end users and 3rd party integrations
Be SME for Distribution Operations systems; lead continuous system enhancements
Track project effectiveness and implement changes to meet objectives
Provide end-user training and manage systems testing
Lead cross-functional teams to address issues
Perform additional tasks as assigned

Key requirements

WMS experience with HighJump/Korber
Experience in Order Management, Order Fulfillment, Shipping, and Inventory
Knowledge of BOM, Manufacturing, Procurement, Forecasting & Planning
Familiarity with SQL and writing basic queries
Strong project management and process design skills
Experience engaging with technical teams and business users across project lifecycles
Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership
Familiarity with software development methodologies and change management; Agile is a plus
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
BS in Computer Science, Engineering or Business a plus
Minimum 3 years delivering large-scale technology projects in Supply Chain Operations
