In this role you will help customers transform procurement processes using SAP Ariba Cloud solutions. You’ll work within the SAP Ariba Consulting team to support project delivery, design, and customer enablement across the implementation lifecycle. You’ll apply procurement knowledge, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and grow solution expertise in a dynamic project environment. Responsibilities

Support customers through the SAP Ariba implementation lifecycle
Contribute to solution design using SAP Ariba best practices
Document business processes, requirements, and functional designs
Support customer workshops and meetings with prep, follow-ups, and documentation
Build positive stakeholder relationships with customers and internal teams
Apply industry and business understanding to inform solution recommendations
Communicate effectively with customer project teams and stakeholders
Make sound decisions within scope and escalate when needed
Support one or more workstreams under guidance from senior consultants
Liaise between customers and SAP internal teams for assigned tasks
Contribute to status reporting and project documentation
Identify risks or issues and raise them to project leads
Support testing, cutover preparation, and user enablement activities

Key requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
3+ years of experience in procurement consulting or related roles
Basic knowledge of procurement operations and/or e-procurement tools
Experience supporting workshops and customer interactions
Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel in Europe (up to 30-40%)
Fluency in Italian and English
