Experteer Overview

As HR Business Partner, you will align people strategy with Shoals’ business goals and act as a trusted advisor to leaders. You will shape employee relations, talent management, organizational design, and workforce planning to drive performance and retention. You’ll partner with Talent Acquisition and lead key people initiatives, including talent reviews and culture-building, in a fast-paced, global manufacturing and sales environment. This role offers an opportunity to influence HR practices at scale and support Shoals’ mission to advance clean energy solutions.

Responsibilities

Partner with leaders to translate business objectives into HR solutions
Provide data-driven insights for talent, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness
Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and talent reviews
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on openings and forecasted needs
Support performance management processes and goal setting
Manage salaried onboarding and orientation
Oversee salaried offboarding processes
Maintain HRIS data and ensure accurate records
Promote employee engagement, recognition, and culture-building
Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and regulatory changes
Serve as primary contact for employee relations and resolution of issues
