As the PMO for SMB Americas, you will establish and uphold project management standards to drive key strategic initiatives. You’ll partner with Sales, Strategy, Product, and Marketing to address growth opportunities across North America and LATAM. You’ll define goals, manage cross-functional communications, and continuously improve business solutions for global clients. This role combines governance, collaboration, and problem-solving to scale SMB efforts and align with the region’s mission.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain forums for reporting and engagement, including documentation, schedules, and meeting coordination; assist with budgeting and financial tracking to improve alignment
Facilitate clear stakeholder communications to ensure goal alignment across the project lifecycle
Lead initiatives that foster collaboration across a multi-city sales team and drive cross-team interaction aligned with SMB Americas vision
Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and present project updates, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership
Develop a solid understanding of the SMB Americas Sales business to influence priorities and workstreams
Own Americas-specific opportunities or gaps, monitor projects, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, processes, and best practices to ensure consistency and transparency across the organization

Key requirements

Minimum 4 years of project or program management experience, operations, or related field
Experience designing and facilitating complex, multi-team projects across countries in a global environment
Strong understanding of project portfolio management, resource allocation, risk management, and prioritization
Excellent written and verbal communication across cultures and regions
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to support leadership decisions
Global travel capability
