You will manage orders, guide integration of acquisitions, and coordinate cross‑functional activities to meet targets. You’ll optimize the product portfolio and ensure compliance with processes and regulations. Responsibilities
- Achieve commercial targets including P&L, costs, and EBIT for the local business field
- Lead and discipline Team Leads and Specialists to ensure timely order processing in Germany
- Drive integration of acquired companies and expand the business in Germany
- Coordinate cross‑business‑field and nationwide orders with Business Managers for joint order execution
- Implement sales activities, optimize the product portfolio, and ensure compliance with processes, IT tools, quality guidelines, accreditation requirements, and legal regulations
Key requirements
- University degree in a technical or commercial field or comparable qualification
- Preferable experience in TIC industry, ideally medical
- At least 5 years of relevant management experience with disciplinary leadership and P&L responsibility
- Strong leadership, team development, and change management skills
- Excellent communication, diplomatic tact, entrepreneurial thinking, and results‑oriented approach
- Native German and English at least B1; ideally experience with BI Portal and SAP
