In this role, you will drive performance measurement and optimization for European Fulfillment Center operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to turn data into actionable insights. You’ll build analytics dashboards and deep-dive tools to influence product roadmaps and optimize end-to-end network flows using AWS and data-driven methods. The position sits at the EU Network Flow and Technologies team, focusing on real-time monitoring, capacity management, and automation across fulfillment centers. You’ll engage with senior stakeholders to translate needs into scalable BI solutions that improve efficiency and service levels.

Responsibilities

Manage requirements intake from business partners to support scalable data pipelines and cost-efficient solutions for capacity management and flow optimization
Design and implement technical solutions enabling real-time network monitoring and decision-making
Support Operational Excellence and automation initiatives across EU fulfillment centers and intraweek capacity management
Partner with operations teams to translate pain points into ETL pipelines, dashboards, and process automations
Contribute to the NFT tech roadmap and drive data-driven capacity decisions across the European network

Key requirements

Experience building and maintaining ETL artifacts, data models, and queries
Scripting experience (Python, Java, or R)
Experience with analytics visualization tools (Excel, Tableau, QuickSight, MicroStrategy, PowerBI) and statistical methods (e.g. t-test, Chi-squared)
Experience with data visualization using Tableau, QuickSight, or similar tools
Strong SQL and data warehousing skills, preferably with Redshift
Experience in cloud environments and dashboard development
Experience with data analysis and interpretation using Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL (preferred)
Strong analytical and communication skills
