In this role, you will support capacity strategy and insight for AMZL EU Launch and Expansion, focusing on optimization, automation, and scalable data solutions for last-mile delivery. You’ll drive analytics, modelling, and data architecture work to enable efficient expansion across Europe. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to simplify processes, build tools, and deliver insights that guide capacity planning and cost optimization. This is a chance to shape data-driven capabilities that scale with growth and impact customer delivery success.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of analytics and modelling projects for internal customers with competing demand and supply
Contribute to data architecture roadmap and ensure alignment with current and future needs
Handle large data volumes to create reports, analyze data, and derive actionable insights
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline planning and forecasting processes
Build tools and automation to handle increasing complexity at scale
Apply analytical skills and strategic thinking to drive customer-focused innovations
Own projects end-to-end, grow technical capabilities, and influence work practices
Communicate progress and results clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Key requirements

Experience analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL
Experience with data visualization using Tableau or Quicksight
Experience with data modeling, warehousing and ETL pipelines
Experience with statistical analysis tools such as R, SAS and Matlab
SQL proficiency and Python scripting for data processing
Experience with SQL
Experience with AWS solutions such as EC2, DynamoDB, S3, and Redshift (preferred)
Experience in data mining and working with large-scale, complex datasets (preferred)
