In this role you will act as a strategic HR partner to VPs and executive leaders across Flowserve’s Corporate Functions, solving complex people challenges and guiding organizational change. You will leverage your expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy to support leadership decisions. This role emphasizes consulting, executive coaching, and enterprise HR initiative execution over transactional HR. You’ll work with cross-functional HR teams to deliver integrated, high-impact people solutions.

Responsibilities
- Partner with Vice Presidents and senior leaders to align people strategy with business objectives
- Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, succession, and talent strategy
- Act as a trusted advisor to support leadership decisions and executive discussions
- Coach senior leaders on performance, leadership effectiveness, engagement, and team dynamics
- Support organizational change and transformation through leadership transitions and restructures
- Lead or support enterprise HR initiatives with cross-functional or enterprise impact
- Translate enterprise HR strategies into practical execution within client groups
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated solutions
- Mentor junior HR professionals or project contributors
- Ensure consistency and high-quality leader experience across Corporate Functions client group
Key requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience including direct partnership with senior leaders
- Executive presence with strong presentation skills
- Expertise in HR consulting, organizational effectiveness, and leadership advisory work
- Strong business acumen and ability to align HR solutions with business strategy
- Proven ability to solve complex problems, exercise sound judgment, and influence without authority
