In this role you lead analytics strategy, data infrastructure, and a product analytics team to align CX metrics with OPEX outcomes across digital assistance and self-service channels. You will build scalable measurement frameworks, drive data-driven business strategies, and oversee rigorous experimentation. You’ll collaborate with Product, Tech, Operations, and Finance to improve quality, volume, service, and profitability. Responsibilities

  • Set and execute 전략ic analytics and business strategy to drive growth and profitability
  • coach and develop a team of analysts across the function
  • manage delivery of business requirements and align with the product strategy across multiple projects
  • partner with Product, Tech, Operations, and Finance to drive improvements in service and profitability
  • apply rigorous analytics to decision making and problem solving, including marketing and credit risk considerations
  • demonstrate strong leadership, integrity, and executive-level communication to influence stakeholders
  • maintain results focus and drive agenda in a dynamic, uncertain environment

Key requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of quantitative analysis experience
  • 4+ years of qualitative analysis experience
  • 2+ years of people management experience
  • 2+ years of project management experience
  • Master's degree (preferred)
  • 2+ years of financial services experience (preferred)
  • 1+ year of consulting experience (preferred)
