In this role you will support the hospital’s business development efforts under the BD Director, building and maintaining relationships with referral sources and community partners. You’ll help plan and participate in community events to raise awareness and portray a positive image of the hospital. You will coordinate with intake, referral, and care teams to ensure smooth admissions and excellent service. Responsibilities

Implement the hospital's business development plan under the BD Director
Identify, establish and maintain relationships with referral sources
Plan and attend community events to raise awareness
Serve as liaison between hospital, referral sources and community with strong customer service
Manage assigned accounts and seek new referral sources
Coordinate admissions with intake, referral office, MDs, and case management
Attend BD team and sub-committee meetings
Develop monthly/quarterly BD plans for accounts
Participate in community meetings and programs
Assist in marketing event execution and BD budgeting
Keep referral sources informed of program changes
Market the hospital to build a positive image and ensure fiscal responsibility

Key requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related field preferred
Valid driver’s license and favorable MVR with proof of insurance when using own vehicle
