In this role, you will drive growth in Revolut’s private markets by securing and executing partnerships and deals for investment products. You’ll work cross-functionally to identify opportunities with external brokers, fund managers, and general partners, translating opportunities into compliant, scalable financial offerings. You will leverage market intelligence to forecast deal volumes and act as the main liaison with external counterparties. This position sits at the intersection of growth, finance, and strategic partnerships within Revolut’s global platform.
Responsibilities
- Execute sourcing strategy and maintain relationships with external brokers, companies, and fund managers
- Build relationships with general partners to identify investment opportunities
- Monitor and track late-stage private companies for wealth demand
- Assist in initial negotiations on deal terms, transaction mechanics, pricing, and timing
- Utilise market intelligence and data to forecast and report on available deal volumes
- Serve as the primary point of contact with external counterparties
Key requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience in growth equity investing, venture capital, or private capital advisory
- Solid understanding of private capital transaction mechanics
- Existing professional exposure or emerging network within European and US broker-dealer, and VC/growth community
- Solid quantitative, analytical, and financial modelling skills
- Nice to have: STEM degree or relevant MBA; familiarity with AIFMD, MiFID II, and FCA/SEC rules concerning distribution of complex securities
