In this role you will drive growth in the Italian food manufacturing market by developing new business, expanding existing accounts, and promoting OSI’s technical solutions. You work closely with Technical and Commercial teams to steer bids, contracts, and partnerships, while representing OSI at industry events across Italy. You will build a robust sales pipeline and identify new categories and territories to maximize value for customers and OSI. This is a chance to shape market strategy in a dynamic, customer-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a growth-focused strategy for the Italian market
  • Identify, approach, and engage potential clients, contract manufacturers, and supply chain partners
  • Promote OSI’s custom manufacturing solutions and value-added services
  • Build and maintain a sustainable sales pipeline across relevant sectors
  • Generate new opportunities and optimize existing account potential
  • Lead bid proposals, tenders, and contract negotiations with support from Technical and Commercial teams
  • Monitor market trends and feedback to identify new development areas
  • Represent OSI at trade fairs and industry events in Italy

Key requirements

  • Several years of experience in business development, sales or key account management in food manufacturing or related sectors
  • Strong professional network within the Italian food manufacturing, wholesale, retail, or B2B industries
  • Proven track record of generating and converting new opportunities
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to act on self-generated leads
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in Italian and English
  • Commercial and analytical acumen with a data-driven approach
  • Willingness to travel across Italy for meetings and events
