Experteer Overview

As a Business Development Manager in Switzerland, you will grow our BioPharma testing footprint by securing new customers and expanding relationships. You will clarify GMP service needs and tailor recommendations, while independently preparing testing offers. You’ll plan sales activities, attend industry events, and collaborate with Eurofins partner labs to deliver integrated solutions. Your work will be supported by a global network and sustainability-driven culture, offering a meaningful impact in bio/pharma quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

Acquire and develop customers within (Bio)Pharma in Switzerland
Clarify GMP service requirements and tailor advice to customer needs
Independently prepare offers for testing of (bio)pharmaceutical products and raw materials
Plan and organize sales activities to achieve high targets
Attend conferences, trade fairs, and workshops
Collaborate with partner laboratories within the Eurofins network on projects
Update and maintain IT systems, e.g., CRM

Key requirements

scientific degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or related fields
minimum 3 years of working sales experience, preferably in Pharma Testing services
GMP regulations knowledge
excellent communication and teamwork skills
proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems
excellent spoken and written English
willingness to travel within Switzerland ~40%
