As a Business Architect for Consumer Data, you shape the enterprise architecture to align IT services with business goals and regulatory demands. You lead architecture within the Engineering business architecture team and collaborate closely with Area and Tech Leads to drive continuous improvement. You’ll influence data governance and fit-for-purpose IT4IT data solutions across the bank. This role offers a meaningful impact on Rabobank’s digital transformation and DevOps maturity in a diverse, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: evolve IT service management architecture and enrich CMDB data; ensure alignment with regulations like DORA and OCIR; select and implement an enterprise repository for asset insight and scenario analysis
- Team Leadership: co-lead the Consumer Data area with Area Lead/Tech Lead; guide Solution Architects; foster continuous improvement and DevOps maturity
- Stakeholder Engagement: align with a broad stakeholder group; communicate architectural vision and roadmap to leadership
Key requirements
- Master's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- At least 10 years of work experience, with minimum 4 years in (business/enterprise) Architecture in complex environments
- Data & analytics experience with methodologies and technologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Fully proficient in English; Dutch preferred
- Strong leadership with ability to influence across teams
- Strong conceptual thinking and ability to translate strategy into practical solutions
- Collaborative with stakeholder management and cross-functional teamwork
- Familiarity with cloud governance, security, and compliance frameworks
