In this role you will design, develop, and scale digital automation solutions to boost efficiency and smarter decision-making across Nutreco’s global operations. You’ll drive hyperautomation initiatives using low-code and AI, shaping our digital transformation and enabling cross-functional teams. You will lead innovative projects, coach citizen developers, and collaborate with Scrum teams to deliver high‑quality automation solutions. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and scale digital automation solutions across Nutreco's global operations
- Build applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), Copilot, and related frameworks
- Identify automation opportunities with Business Units to drive efficiency
- Coach and grow a global network of citizen developers
- Lead digital innovation projects with Scrum teams and IT leadership
- Leverage AI, RPA, and low/no-code tools to optimize processes and decision making
- Validate value creation with measurement and financial validation
- Act as Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices and continuous improvement
- Support the AI Center of Excellence through architecture, governance, and scaling of AI automation initiatives
Key requirements
- 5+ years’ experience designing and deploying automation solutions (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, AI/Copilot, RPA)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Innovation Management, or related field
- Experience in change management (ADKAR) and stakeholder engagement across business and technical teams
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills with ability to engage technical and non‑technical audiences
- Passion for technology and continuous learning with adaptability to emerging trends
- Ability to coach, connect, and build communities (citizen developers, ambassadors, federated teams)
- Collaborative mindset with understanding of Nutreco’s global business context
