Responsibilities
- Supervise Environmental Service Attendants to ensure quality and compliance
- Maintain a clean, aesthetically pleasing environment in the assigned area
- Perform daily inspections and implement corrective plans for deficiencies
- Assist the Director and Assistant Director in the effective operation of the Environmental Service Department
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold service standards
Key requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 3 years experience in a housekeeping supervisory / lead role
- 3 years experience in a healthcare/hospital environment
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Management preferred or combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree
