In this role you drive the brand portfolio strategy to support consumer-centric growth within a cross-functional, globally oriented team. You’ll develop annual plans, allocate resources, and shape integrated marketing plans and 360 campaigns that hit revenue and profit targets. Your work is grounded in consumer insights and brand positioning to deliver sustainable business outcomes. This is a strategic, impact-focused position at a leading snacks company with opportunities to influence product development and platform opportunities.

Responsibilities

Support the brand portfolio strategy and priorities to enable growth
Develop annual plans, objectives, and resource allocation
Recommend and implement integrated commercial plans and marketing plans aligned to forecasts
Develop and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns and communications leveraging consumer insights
Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams to align on strategy and execution
Contribute to new product development and platform opportunities
Manage business objectives beyond brand and budget and support profit and loss considerations

Key requirements

Consumer behavior knowledge, preferably in consumer goods in matrix environments
Experience developing seamless consumer experiences
Ability to manage objectives beyond brand and budget
Strong analytics and creativity balance
Effective verbal and written communication and executive presentation skills
Fluency in English and German
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Marketing
Proven marketing experience
