In this role you will develop and execute omnichannel brand plans for Bayer Consumer Health brands in Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. You will translate market insights into commercial opportunities and collaborate cross-functionally to drive growth. You’ll manage cross-channel campaigns and partner with media, agencies and internal teams, contributing to Bayer’s mission of health for all. This is an international, dynamic marketing role with room for ideas and impact.

Responsibilities
- Create an omnichannel annual plan and budget for existing and new products
- Execute all marketing activities to grow the brands
- Translate market developments into commercial opportunities
- Collaborate closely with Benelux marketing, digital & e-Comm, trade marketing, sales, analytics, regulatory, medical, finance, logistics, and international teams
- Liaise with external media partners, creative agencies, and research agencies
Key requirements
- 3+ years of relevant consumer marketing experience in FMCG or OTC health products
- Experience developing Full Funnel campaigns and consumer research
- Experience with digital brand activation and analytics tools
- Strong analytical, creative, and conceptual thinking; project-based
- Proven ability to lead project teams
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (spoken and written)
