Manager / Team Leader

Responsibilities

Drive store sales and develop the sales team to achieve sustainable growth
Lead strategic development and oversee high jewelry initiatives
Maintain brand integrity and premium store presentation in the market
Identify and nurture talent, define career paths and promotions
Acquire new clients and generate innovative business ideas
Represent the brand at meetings, events, and international functions
Coordinate with Supply Chain to optimize inventories and model stock
Lead product launches and market visibility activities
Set performance goals and report progress to management
Deliver exceptional customer service to grow sales

Key requirements

Multi-unit or high-volume experience in luxury retail or hospitality
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
Strong computer skills: SAP, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
Willingness to travel up to 50% in US and abroad
Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Long periods of standing
French or Mandarin fluency is a valuable asset
Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree in business preferred
