In this role you lead the outpatient MAT clinic in Mobile, AL, guiding clinical operations and patient care. Responsibilities
- Lead daily clinic operations and ensure high-quality patient care
- Supervise, coach, and develop multidisciplinary staff
- Collaborate with Medical Director and Regional Director to meet clinical and operational goals
- Ensure compliance with CARF, HIPAA, DEA, and state/federal regulations
- Manage staffing, budgets, quality improvement, accreditation, and community partnerships
Key requirements
- Master's Degree
- Licensed Alabama Counselor (LISW, LPC, LMFT, or ALC)
- Minimum 4 years in behavioral health, substance use treatment, counseling, psychology, sociology, or related field
- Leadership or management experience preferred
