Responsibilities
- Oversee ABA treatment services across assessment, programming, progress monitoring, and care coordination
- Provide clinical recommendations on treatment intensity, modality, and transition planning in collaboration with parents and stakeholders
- Evaluate and adjust treatment using the Caravel QET measure
- Train and supervise clinical staff to ensure high-quality services
- Develop supervisees' clinical skills and adherence to certification requirements
- Collaborate with clinicians and cross-functional teams
- Complete administrative tasks (reports, insurance reviews, funding forms) in a timely manner
Key requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst or state-licensed behavior analyst
- At least one year of ABA experience with clients on the autism spectrum in home or clinic settings
