As an Audio Visual Specialist supporting the Pentagon, you enable secure video communications and collaboration for high-profile meetings. You will configure, operate, and troubleshoot AV and VTC systems across multiple security enclaves, while delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll coordinate with global agencies for scheduling and act as a technical resource for VIPs and senior leaders. This role combines hands-on AV work with cross-team collaboration to ensure seamless communications in a high-stakes environment. Responsibilities

Set up, configure, and troubleshoot AV equipment for meetings and VTCs.
Collaborate with clients to determine AV requirements and deliver solutions.
Manage ticketing systems with documentation throughout the lifecycle.
Oversee end-to-end VTC scheduling with global agencies across time zones.
Support VTC systems and meetings across multiple security enclaves (NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS).
Provide live operational support for multi-party conferences via Cisco Meeting Server (CMS) bridging.
Maintain call routing policies and zones on Cisco VCS and Expressway.
Repair and maintain AV equipment to ensure readiness.
Deliver end-user training on AV hardware and software.
Document processes, SOPs, and reference diagrams; participate in meetings and special projects.
Offer superior customer service with timely, clear communication; assist with after-hours on-call when needed.

Key requirements

3+ years managing AV systems with VTC experience.
Experience in Government/Military environments; VIP support preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and SharePoint.
Working knowledge of AV systems, conference room tech, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with VTC systems and endpoints is a plus.
Active CompTIA Security+ CE certification desired.
Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills; ability to multi-task and adapt.
