In this role you will represent employees in high-impact plaintiff employment matters from intake to resolution. You will join a well-established Beverly Hills firm and collaborate with a team to advance wrongful termination and related claims. You will own case strategies, manage a fast-paced caseload, and support clients through depositions, hearings, and negotiations. The opportunity centers on shaping outcomes for employees against large corporations within a supportive, hybrid work environment. You will be exposed to meaningful responsibility from day one and play a key role in achieving favorable resolutions and trial readiness.

Compensation / Benefits

base salary range $150,000-$200,000+

Responsibilities

Manage caseloads of wrongful termination and employment matters from intake to resolution
Draft pleadings, discovery requests, motions, and demand letters
Take and defend depositions, and appear at hearings, mediations, and court proceedings
Develop case strategy and advise clients throughout the litigation process
Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to advance cases efficiently
Negotiate settlements and prepare matters for trial as needed

Key requirements

5+ years of experience in plaintiff-side employment litigation
Strong background handling wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, and related claims
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
Active member in good standing of the CA State Bar
Experience with depositions, discovery, law and motion practice, and mediations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to independently manage a caseload in a fast-paced litigation environment
